Remote Mediation Services during COVID-19
In light of the Government’s latest update on COVID-19 and social distancing, we continue to offer and provide our Mediation services, using remote methods, which include offering MIAMS and Mediation sessions, with our experienced Mediators, using GDPR compliant platforms including ZOOM, Facetime and Skype.
We appreciate that the use of video meetings, is for some people, relatively new. We have been undertaking such meetings for some time, effectively. Our use of a variety of remote platforms, has been on a daily basis for over one month, during this pandemic, however, this is a service we have offered and undertaken for some time, prior to this. These meetings have been confidential and secure.
We have received numerous positive feedback from Mediation participants, who have used the remote video meetings with us including;
