Mediation Support Services

We understand that for mediating parties to achieve the successful outcome they are looking for additional complimentary supporting services may be required at times. This may be to either support either one or both of the mediating parties emotionally or to provide both mediating parties with the additional information, advice and/or support from other disciplines.

For example a Valuer is often required to provide expert information and advice on the most appropriate value of a home or business property and to advise on the best marketing strategy if the property is to be sold.

Businesses sometimes need to be valued. Accountancy advice on the state of the business may be required.

Pension information and advice on how to achieve the best outcome may be obtained from a Pension Actuary.

We, as professional and specialist Mediators, help parties identify the issues which are relevant to them and identify the support services which will help progress the Mediation in the best way possible to assist the parties in reaching a satisfactory outcome all round. We have a have a bank of specialist support services which may be of assistance to mediating clients. Please note that we do not receive any form of referral payment if mediating parties decide to utilise one of our panel. Mediating parties are always free to select their own support services.
