Referrals and enquiries
- Initial discussion with the referrer by telephone/skype – No charge
- Discussion with each participant on their willingness to mediate and suitability for mediation by telephone /skype – No charge
Preliminary Mediation Process
- Provision of referrer pack
- Information to participants for mediation
- Agreement to mediate
- £200 + VAT
Mediation Sessions
- Face to face meetings or shuttle meetings at our mediation suite or at an agreed venue
Half day 9am – 1pm (2 participants)
- Inclusive of 1 hours reading time
- Inclusive travel up to 15 miles thereafter at 45p per mile
- Preparation of Memorandum of Understanding (if required)
- Feedback report to referrer
- 3 monthly review
- £650 + VAT
Full day mediation 9am – 4pm (including lunch break)
- Including 1 hour reading including travel up to 15 miles thereafter 45p per mile
- Memorandum of Understanding if required
- Feedback Report to referrer
- 3 monthly review
- £900 + VAT. Payment to be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled mediation time. Cancellation within 24 hours no refund. Cancellation within 48 working hours no charge.
