Ministry of Justice Family Mediation Voucher Scheme
Back in 2021, the Ministry of Justice announced that they were investing into assisting separating or separated families, to resolve disputes in relation to child arrangements, through Mediation.
Since then, the scheme has proven a success with over 8,400 vouchers used (with further funding for another 10,200) and a total of £8.7 million investment so far. This is great news for us as mediation specialists because we are able to support more separating families through Family Mediation.
