Family Mediation Week: 18-22 January 2021
This year Family Mediation Week is taking place from the 18th to the 22nd January 2021. The aim of this week, is to raise awareness of Mediation and how it can be beneficial for separating families to make arrangements for their children and finances.
Our Mediators understand and appreciate, that the deterioration and breakdown in a relationship is a challenging, anxious, and distressing time for all concerned, and because of this, you will receive expert impartial support from our trained Mediators to help you address and resolve the issues which are important to you.
When going through divorce or separation there are often a lot of issues which families need to address, including the formalisation of their separation, arrangements for children and property and financial matters.
We offer our Mediation services, remotely using GDPR compliant platforms including ZOOM, Face Time and Skype.
All MIAMs (individual initial meeting) and Mediation Sessions will take place with one of our experienced Accredited Mediators.
Mediation Sessions are available Face to Face (all on screen seeing hearing each other) or Shuttle (separate virtual rooms), with our experienced Mediators as appropriate.
We appreciate that whilst the use of video meetings, has becoming the ‘norm’ for some people, during 2020, this is not the case for everyone. We have developed easy guides to help you understand your options.
If you would like to have further information from us in relation to our continued remote video working practices please do not hesitate to contact us at enquiries@midlandsdove.co.uk or on 01623 706020 and one of our highly experienced co-coordinators will assist you.
